Why can't I see the dashboard for my server?
Only server Administrators (or users explicitly granted access via /dashboardaccess)
can manage a server. See Permissions.
Welcome messages aren't sending
Check that a channel is selected and "Enabled" is checked on the dashboard's Welcome & Leave tab, and that Iridex has permission to send messages in that channel.
How do tickets work?
Configure a ticket category and (optionally) a log channel on the dashboard's Tickets tab, then
run /ticket-panel in the channel where you want the "Open Ticket" button to appear.
Each ticket becomes a private channel with Claim and Close buttons.
How is voice time tracked?
Iridex times how long each member stays connected to a voice channel and stores the total. See it
with /playtime or /leaderboard.
How do I get DMed about new Iridex updates?
Go to the Updates page, log in with Discord, and click "Notify me on Discord". Iridex will DM you the next time an update is published.
Is Iridex affiliated with Discord?
No — Iridex is an independent project and must follow Discord's Terms of Service the same as any other bot.
