By inviting Iridex to your Discord server, using its commands, or logging into the Iridex dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Discord's own Terms of Service apply
Using Iridex does not exempt you from Discord's own rules. You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. We may suspend Iridex's service to your server if we believe you're using it in a way that violates Discord's rules.
2. The service
Iridex is provided "as is", free of charge, with no uptime guarantee. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time — check the Updates page for the latest changes.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Iridex to violate any law, harass or abuse other users, spam, evade a ban from another server, or attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure.
4. Server admin responsibilities
If you configure Iridex for your server (welcome messages, tickets, roles, etc.), you're responsible for that configuration and for the moderation actions your staff take using Iridex's commands.
5. Dashboard access
Logging into the dashboard grants Iridex access to your Discord profile and the list of servers you're in, so we can show you which servers you can manage — see our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Iridex, including data loss, moderation mistakes, or service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as Iridex evolves. Continued use of Iridex after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
